Sat down for dinner and it was lush, annabel was such a lovely server and very helpful! Steak was fantastic. And katsus curry was lovely. Would recommend thanks again đlovely hotel also have stayed a couple of times and every time itâs been lovely.

I stayed in this hotel for a week due to remote work and the hospitality was amazing. Especially Annabel who was always cheerful and attentive. The other staff members like Callum, Steve, and Mark were also nothing short of fabulous and constantly ensured my needs were met.

"Do not use this hotel's recommended parking at Care Park UK"
Okay hotel but as the lifts didn't work and we were placed on the top floor, it wasn't ideal. Ran out of milk sachets when we were there too. Most importantly, avoid this hotel's recommendation to use the alternative parking at the Care Car Park on Harlands Road at all costs. The machines are out of order and the portal doesn't correctly register your booking. They are quick to issue a fine and get you to sort out their mess.
