Comfortable room - with air con during a heat wave was a godsend.
WiFi available, a little bit slow to work from but OK if only browsing in a phone.
Food is as expected for any premier inn, good range, the servers are lovely.
Just up from the hotel there are lots of restaurants if you fancy something different and the train station and a Waitrose are directly across the road.

Great staff. Top notch.
Great atmosphere.
Surprisingly good decor - especially impressed by local places photographed and put on walls.
Great food; big up the chef.
Good rooms. Clean. Nice bathroom. Great upkeep.
Stayed 3 nights. No drop in quality.
Fantastic to have vegan options let alone a very decent number and tasty too.
Couldn't have asked for better really.
Was greatly impressed and pleasantly surprised.

"As above ...the best Staff you could ask for."
We stayed at Haywsrds Heath Premier Inn from 27th March until the 23rd April ( 8 weeks) while our Flat was being repaired. We cant speak highly enough of this Hotel.
With a broken Femur I was not mobile and we were given a perfect disability room.The Staff were anazing so helpful and kind we could not fault them in any way, nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to go for breakfast and be greeted by the lovely smiling and helpful Chloe. We enjoyed John's cooking he is a good chef. In fact all of your staff here are lovely. You are fortunate to have such good caring and reliable staff and I do hope that they are appreciated.
