"Very Good."
Very pleasant experience. Nice room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Good location for local pubs and restaurants.

Arrived to find no staff in reception. Auto check in didnt work, no key fobs issued. Eventually someone turned up to reception and issued one card between 2 guests. Husband wanted to go for a smoke but that left me in total darkness. Asked for second key card to be told not available. ... no hotwater in bathroom. Bathroom was dirty as was room. Very long time since anyone had cleaned in the corners or hoovered properly. We were too tired to care so we tried to sleep. Famous matress was broken on my side and spent the night with spring in my side. Door card holder fell off when taking key out of holder in the morning to breakfast. Only one lift worked. Breakfast was a joke. Despite having a queue of 10 waiting for cooked breakfast, the cook seemed utterly incapable of cooking enough quantity of anything so eventually gave up waiting for eggs which apparently could only be cooked 2 or 3 at a time. Beans and mushrooms were stone cold . No one in reception on leaving to complain to about cleanliness of room or poor breakfast. Worst premier inn i have ever stayed at. Very tired, dirty and the all you can eat breakfast was a joke. Getting anything warm to eat was a challenge. Very dissappointed.

Sat down for dinner and it was lush, annabel was such a lovely server and very helpful! Steak was fantastic. And katsus curry was lovely. Would recommend thanks again đlovely hotel also have stayed a couple of times and every time itâs been lovely.
