"Horrible mattress"
I stayed for two nights from Monday to Wednesday which are the most expensive nights of the week. I expected to get two nights of great sleep on as advertised. I didn't get it.
THE GOOD BITS - Good location near the railway station.
THE BAD BITS - Not all the choices were available on the menu. I was told this was due to freezer malfunction and supplier issues. The worst part of my stay was the truly dreadful bed. The mattress was old and saggy. It felt like it had completely lost any springs it may have originally had and it gave no support at all. I know the beds are in the process of being upgraded but this one must have been completely missed out, maybe because it was in an accessible room and no-one could be bothered. Added to that the bottom sheet wasn't wide enough and kept bunching up underneath me.
The irony was the QR code provided so that guests could order the amazing mattress and pillows for their home!
There are times when you need a reliable, hassle free hotel stay. I wouldn't stay in this one again and would not be so keen to book a Premier Inn in future.

"Will certainly be back!"
Went in for food as I am a bit unfamiliar with the area and was pretty hungry. Menu had lots of choice, but settled on a katsu curry which turned out to be quite tasty. But I have to give a shoutout to staff member Annabell, who was a total star! Her service was very attentive, helpful and cheerful. Great professionalism from her.

"Best stays at Haywards heath I've had"
Service was great. Staff friendly. The Irish waiter was polite and the right amount of chatty. Food was excellent

"Poor food / customer service"
Came here with my son on 13th August.
Waitress was very friendly but the food, just look at the pic. My sons pizza has barely any cheese on. His glass also came dirty / with fluff on the rim.
I have since raised this issue with Premier Inn via Twitter / X but it has been painful.
Apparently they cannot find us on their system, despite sending a picture of the actual itemised receipt, providing our name, email address, last 4 digits of card number. Be careful if you eat here!
