"To park or not to park!"
Staff polite and helpful and room clean. However no remote for TV, leaking shower head and no drawers for storage!
Parking - very limited parking and if you pay for a space don't move your car as the space will be gone on your return. The best option is to park across the road in the station car park and pay in hotel reception (scan & pay) its a better rate and a more spacious, safe place for your car.

"Worst Premier Inn Experience"
Where do I start. Our room had some sort of damp issue, it was foisty, had a damp smell and the bedding felt slightly damp which made it oppressive.
One of the lifts was broken.
We tried to get food but there was only one member of staff so were told there was a 2hr wait so didn’t bother.
Everyone in our party had to request toilet roll as clearly housekeeping hadn’t filled any of them up.
The room wasn’t clean, dust everywhere, milk spilt in the tray and on the dressing table and something had been spilt down the bedside table and not cleaned properly.
In check in the staff member was disengaged and barely said 2 words, didn’t even tell us our room number just mumbled something about the broken lift.
The automatic entrance doors were also broken and moved at a snails pace so it took forever to get in and out.
Barely got any sleep.
Without doubt the worst premier inn I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot for work and leisure).
I wish I had booked the cheaper option in Crawley. I won’t be back.

"Special thanks for excellent service."
Regular visitor to the hotel so don't normally leave a review but wanted to say a special thanks to Laila and Annabel on this occasion. We had a little issue with our room but the girls were quick to react and sorted everything out for us within 10 minutes. They acted with complete professionalism and with a smile. Thanks again Laila and Annabel.

"Well located, typical Premier Inn with excellent front of house staff"
You know what you are going to get when you book in to a Premier Inn - a good bed (just like the adverts promise), the slightly unnerving purple carpet, and a location that is usually pretty good for transport links. Like all popular hotels the room fixtures and fittings sometimes show the signs of hard use by the over tired, over enthusiastic or just over refreshed and this is where you need good staff on site to sort out any glitches. Huge shout out then to Annabel and Laila who sorted out my 'room malfunction' with charm and calm efficiency while also tending the bar and waitressing in the restaurant and probably half a dozen other jobs that I didn't see.
