"Comfortable stay"
We stayed here for 2 nights 16th/17th July 2026 for a wedding in Bosham. Perfect location, only 15 minutes from the wedding venue. Warm greeting on arrival. Receptionist (a lady) was very helpful and friendly. I booked an accessible room which had a lowered bath, plenty of hand rails in the bathroom and an emergency call button next to the bed. Room was a good size with tea/coffee making facilities, choice of pillows (hard or soft), hand wash, shower wash etc provided. Hair dryer. TV. Large comfy bed. Quiet location. Set in a leisure park with other options for eating i.e. KFC, Mcdonalds, Five Guys, Taco Bell. Amusement arcade situated in the cinema complex at the other end of the park. Good value.
Only complaint is that there are only 2 disabled parking spaces outside the hotel. However, general parking was plentiful.

"Expensive hotel, poor experience"
We stayed here for 2 nights as it was convenient for the Goodwood Festival of Speed. We had rung ahead several weeks ago to ask if the showers were cubicles or over the bath. We were told there was a mixture so we asked if we could reserve one with a cubicle as i cannot climb into a bath. We were assured by the receptionist that this would happen.
However on our arrival we asked the receptionist just to make sure and she said all rooms had a shower over the bath even the accessible rooms. We weren't happy and all the receptionist could do was give us a none slip bath mat! Hence I could not shower for 3 days.
The room we had was supposed to be a premier room but it was dirty with stained carpets. Stained carpets in the corridors too. The hotel is in great need of a complete overhaul and refurbishment. The air con in our room wouldn't allow the temperature to be set below 20 degrees so was useless so glad we had taken our own fan. Cannot comment on the food.
Extremely expensive for a very poor experience. Would not stay there again.

"This place stinks"
Afraid our stay which at over £160
Room only was not a “budget” stay was marred by some strong odours emitting from the pipework. Acrid and with a close resemblance to a farmer spraying his fields.
When we approached the front desk they very kindly offered some room deodorant spray, which would have made matters worse as my wife is severely asthmatic. So we kept the windows open all night (overlooking a car park servicing a cinema and 4 or five fast food joints
One of the worst nights I had to n a Premier Inn in a long time.

"Dearer in Chichester than Staines!"
I paid for one night with no extras, costing 104 pound in Staines. How can you justify charging 216 pound for same deal in Chichester? Ridiculous.

"Another wonderful visit!"
Just had another lovely stay at Premier Inn Chichester (probably our 12th so wish they’d do a loyalty scheme 😂!!) . It’s our annual pilgrimage to visit friends and have a couple of days at the seaside at Wittering. The location is perfect.
We always book a Premier Plus room which we think is worth the bit extra. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed during the heatwave and the air con was a blessing. All the hand/body wash bottles in our bathroom were empty when we arrived, so my partner went to reception to tell them. By the time he got back to our room, a nice man was delivery new bottles to us. Excellent service.
All the staff were polite, and efficient. We only had breakfast, which was hot and there was a good choice. We couldn’t fault our stay and we will be back again. If not this year (although we might if this great weather continues) we will definitely return again next year.
