Chichester South (Gate Leisure Park) hotel

Awful hotel. Awful staff. Awful food. Stay well Away. Complete Waste of Money.

Poor breakfast service at this Premier Inn. Waited ages to get a table for breakfast. Staff seemed disinterested about how long we had to wait. Breakfast was cooked to order and not the buffet service that we had booked. Took ages for someone to take our order and for the food to finally arrive. Plate was cold and the food lukewarm. No-one came to check if everything was okay or if we would like to order anything else. Witnessed people around us who were served with missing or wrong items added to their order. Another couple got up and left because of the wait for food as they had a train to catch. Premier Inn have really gone downhill. Did not get what was booked, Won't choose to stay here again.

The staff at the begining of the week in the afternoon were lovely. Morning staff seem to have no customer experience as myself and a few other guests were left waiting for some time? Buffet unltd but I'd you have to wait 30mins a time to be served it kind of takes the point away?. Thurs eve was told restaurant was booked even though the book was empty but was seaten anyways. Overall disappointing

We had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was ver clean and had all the facilities that we needed.

Business trip, I stay away regularly and going to start doing reviews. Hotel is on the older side and could do with some renovations but didn’t impact my stay. Staff are efficient but do multiple jobs. Plenty of free parking anywhere in the car park just remember to register your car at reception. Breakfast was lovely, seen other reviews where it says it’s not buffet, which is correct but it’s still all you can eat so order as much hot food as you want and can do as many orders as you want.
