"Amazing Becky"
I have dealt with Becky at burgess hill and she has Provided me with excellent customer service. I found her to be so pragmatic with my questions and she showed me much empathy. In this day of poor customer service generally it was so refreshing to deal with somebody like Becky!

Carlsberg don’t do bland But if they did!! It would be a premier inn Walked into hotel Lady on reception was first class Friendly helpful Told her I had an allowance and she said Just tell staff when you go into restaurant On approach there’s a sign outside Saying beef eater Out of all the restaurants The premier inn work with this is the best of a bad bunch The other week I had the ribs with pineapple salsa with slaw chips Absolutely first class When I was seated I looked at the menu And low and behold it wasn’t a beefeater Just a basic menu So on finding this out I declined to eat there And surprise surprise the hotel is on an industrial estate Middle of know where Next week I’m away all week And if my office don’t book me somewhere else I’m afraid I won’t be working out of town
"Amazing Staff a credit to the Hotel chain"
The staff here are so welcoming, Mandy & Zac are so friendly & made me feel comfortable as a single female traveller & dining alone they gave me a choice of where to sit which i liked as I do get anxious sometimes if I’m sat next to larger groups. I stayed for 2 nights on a business stay & dined both nights, the portion sizes are large, food is really good. I recommend the steak & ale pie, delicious! My room was perfect, well stocked & clean. There’s a big Tesco across the road which I found useful for necessities. Location is perfect here for visits to surrounding areas, Brighton is very close & the South of England Showground is a 25 min drive. Thank you for making me feel very welcome, I’ve been staying in Premier Inns across the country now for 2 weeks & this location has been my favourite.
"Excellent overnight stay."
Excellent business stopover, although the Premier Inn is dated, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The meal deal food although the same as majority PI's was probably the best I'd had at a Premier Inn. I would highly recommend a stay here.
