Burgess Hill hotel

Visited The Premier in Burgess Hill and honestly, the biggest attraction wasn't the coffee or the croissants —it was Zack and Lou! From the moment I arrived, these two were absolute legends. Friendly, funny, attentive, and somehow everywhere at once. I'm fairly convinced they have superpowers. Every request was handled with a smile, every question was answered, and they made the whole experience feel effortless. The service was so good that I briefly considered asking if they could come home and organize my life. Sadly, they only seem to work miracles at The Premier. Zack and Lou are a credit to the place and made our visit genuinely memorable. If there were an Olympic event for customer service, they'd be bringing home the gold medal while making everyone laugh along the way. I will definitely be back—and if Zack and Lou are on shift, even better! Highly recommended. 10/10.

We recently stayed at this hotel and even though it’s a big chain hotel, the people who worked here made you feel like it’s an independent hotel and couldn’t do more for you. They were so lovely and had a lovely freindly vibe between them. I mentioned it was our first weekend with out our children and they upgraded our room and brought up some drinks and snacks with a card from them. We felt Truly spoilt and we really appreciated the kind gesture. The room was huge, beds were so comfy and the aircon was very much appreciated. We caught up on so much missed sleep and came home feeling like we had been away for ages.

I arrived early but the lady’s working reception soon had a room sorted for me. Both very friendly and helpful. Thank you lou and Beth.

After a tough day we were checked in by Zac who was brilliant and a real credit to Premier Inns. He was professional,friendly and gave us great advice about local places to eat (The Fryer Oak) as the hotel restaurant is currently under construction. Zac helped with bags,showed us how to work the air con and was even helpful with fresh tea/coffee supplies and all done with a smile.He clearly cares about customer service and we noticed how good he was with all guests. Room was standard Premier Inn,parking free with free continental breakfast while the restaurant is under construction. No complaints and would-recommend without hesitation. Well done to Zac a real star employee.

Checked in late afternoon, on hot day asked for advice on local food hotspot, Zac couldn’t have been more helpful, directions and even food recommendations. If I owned a hotel, I’d want Zac at my front desk, absolute superstar. 5 ⭐
