Arundel hotel

Great location for what we needed, very friendly Reception team. Was a great stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been staying at Premier Inn Arundel for the past six months while working as a contractor, and both the hotel and restaurant have been outstanding throughout my stay. Living away from home for such a long period can be challenging, but the staff have made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant team, couldn’t do enough to help. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile, which has made a huge difference during my time here. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a long-term stay. The restaurant has also been excellent, with great food, good service, and a team that always makes you feel welcome. After six months, it’s the people that really stand out—they’ve helped make the hotel feel like a home away from home. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work and hospitality. I would highly recommend Premier Inn Arundel to anyone staying in the area, whether for a short visit or an extended stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. The disappointment was the restaurant with it's worn tables and split seats, it was very shabby and I would be embarrassed as a waiter to show someone to their seat.

Review. Premier Inn, Arundel. Our stay was below the standards we experience in other premier inn property’s . The Arundel location is in dire need of an update. Don’t be fooled by the photos on the hotel website , they’re dated! If a restaurant , hotel review y were to film there , it would take more than one show to cover its lack of quality standards. The hotel is best described as a motel. The restaurant! Terrible, terrible terrible! The tables were sticky, the carpet was so dirty I could feel my shoes stick to its surface. The meal: shocking. I could go into its lack of quality standards but I don't have enough words . When we were leaving after dinner we passed the waiter return to the property , after walking his dog, with a bag of poo swinging between his fingers. I contacted Premier customer service to express my concern but after a week , no reply. I’ve eaten around the world and have had better food, served with pride , at a roadside stand in the backwaters of China. Premier Inn, you need to do better. Someone, manager, district manager is not doing their job!

We stayed here for one night on the way to the Isle of Wight and to see a bit of Arundel. Overall, our stay was good and we were pleased with everything as it's your standard Premier Inn (clean rooms, comfortable beds, etc). The only issue we had (which didn't actually affect us directly) was that the hotel's exterior looks dirty and in desperate need of a paint. We had breakfast at the adjoining Beefeater and the exterior cosmetic issue there extended into the restaurant - grubby carpets, sticky tables, and an overall tired look.
