"Restaurant has gone downhill"
Been staying here for over 20 years when working away on my own. I used to look forward to my visit especially the restaurant. Due to the closure of the beefeater and fab menu it has been replaced by the very basic premier menu which is the same as other premiers. Evening meal was edible but nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the cooked breakfast. Everything had clearly been cooked in advance, very dry food and extremely tasteless. Servers were very friendly but it's not enough to tempt me back. Such a shame!

"Friendly staff but hotel very tatty"
Warm welcome, room clean and tidy, food nice, staff friendly. Well located for Arundel & area, close to bus stop,
Hotel itself in dire need of renovation: holes in furnishing in restaurant, plaster coming off walls in toilet, wall paper coming off walls in dining area, exterior tatty and gives bad impression. Needs a lot of work.

"A dismal filthy hotel with no redeeming features."
A dismal filthy hotel with no redeeming features. I paid £400 for two nights here. The room was dirty, mouldy and damp. I complained on the first night and on the second night the room smelled of bleach but that was the only improvement. I have complained three times to Premier Inns and been given a small cost refund totally unrepresentative of the level of service. The dining area in the adjacent building is beyond belief, sticky carpets, peeling walls and generally in need of demolition.

"Avoid booking here, poor restaurant and tired rooms"
Really tired looking hotel, the rooms are in need of an upgrade!
The restaurant was awful, dirty glasses, really basic food, does not live up to how it looks/sounds on the menu. The premier inn Menus are becoming a thing now and they are really poor quality of food! The restaurant floor was awful, sticky & dirty and felt like i needed to shower after i had been sitting in the restaurant.
The staff were lovely and friendly, but the restaurant needs to close down!

"Awful…avoid at all costs!"
Good location, however, that’s where it ends. Rooms outdated, poor decor, dirty bathroom and no air conditioning. We stayed in October and the room was 24°c. Reception staff not welcoming. Breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater was mixed. The actual food and young lady serving was lovely. However, the building and decor rates as utterly disgusting….sticky floors, sticky tables and worn out seats. Premier Inn should be ashamed! I will be writing direct to them.
