Arundel hotel

Had 2 rooms Tired and dated - desperately needs an upgrade and most certainly a paint outside Room was warm despite it being Sept so can imagine the summer is very hot Bathroom smelt a little damp Clean and as you’d expect from a PI with a very comfortable bed. We often stay in PI - and have experienced some lovely ones - unfortunately this wasn’t one of them ! The beefeater has closed and only open for pre booked breakfast - which we then decided to skip as it looked very tired and uninviting. The hotel has often looked nice from a brief view on the main road - wish I’d taken a drive upto the carpark though before booking. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful - would rate her service and attitude highly

Very sad to see the whole place neglected and obviously on its last legs. Extremely shabby throughout. On the plus side the staff were friendly and doing their best and the food was just about ok. We paid a big premium price (over £200 per night) due to a nearby Goodwood event so it was poor value for money. Very much 'any port in a storm'.

This premier inn is past is best and I would not recommend. While the staff are friendly, the hotel it's dirty, shabby, smelly and needs a total makeover. The carpet in the bar/restaurant is sticky and smells. It looks black, but around the edges you can see it was once blue! The rooms are passable with comfortable beds although there was a damp smell. Overall i would say, do no visit!

This is not about hotel . it's a bad review about the premier inn food in the old beefeater pub My company pays for the meal deal so I have to eat at the premier inn restaurants normal it's edible there was only 3 people myself and a couple after they took my order it was nearly 50mins before food came out I had pizza which was so thick and burnt that's all you could taste was over cook dough also ordered garlic flat bread it was like eating cardboard i did try and eat it but the worst food I've ever had. Ended up going somewhere else for something to eat

This hotel is a disgrace, it needs to be demolished ! I would urge people not to waste their money on this dump. The place is in need of refurbishment and being updated. The rooms were dirty and smelt mouldy The room description and images are totally misleading on their website, the price for the rooms is not worth it at all.(£160.00)
