    "Pleasant Stay"
    Staff were polite and friendly through my stay. The room was clean and well presented. Ate in the Beefeater next door and again, pleasant staff and good food. Can’t fault, would stay again.

    Stayed at the premier inn Wolverhampton north recently with work. Never stayed at this one before but they exceeded all my expectations. Friendly staff and clean rooms. What more could you ask for. Big thank you to Natalie on reception for sorting an issue with my booking on arrival. Very helpful and professional!
    "Horrible manager at closing time."
    We have visited this hotel for over 20 years, but this trip was horrible made so by the manager of the pub next door. In recent years we have experienced the closing times varying and once they closed at nine having arranged for friends to meet. So we always ask when we go in what time they are closing, they confirmed 11 But the manager came to us specifically from 10.50 stood over us and constantly became very abusive and treated us as hooligans. We are all of pensionable age and would have left on time BUT for the abusive nature of this manager. A formal complaint has been sent to Whitbred with full details. Finally I was informed by the hotel staff I was barred from the pub for the duration of our stay, this really upset us as I had not spoken to the manager during her abusive rant, and my wife was sleeping so never went in the pub at all. The hotel stay was fine as always but really do not go in the pub.

    Just off the M54, Premier Inn Hotel Wolverhampton North is within easy reach of all the city centres nearby. Wolverhampton, Telford and Birmingham are all less than half an hour away, and there are great transport links to business sites and local attractions too. From V Festival to the West Midlands Game Fair, there's always plenty going on. For some cracking family days out you'll find lots of National Trust sites in the area as well as the peaceful Weston Park. After a full day's exploring, come back to great food at our Beefeater restaurant, and an extra-comfy bed in your room.
