"Bed and room good as expected but Beefeater food awful!!!"
Room and beds were fine as always but pillows not as good as in the past. Premier inns not as good as they used to be, Beefeater restaurant appalling - waited one hour for food which was dried up and tasteless and serving staff very offhand.
      "The best of the best!"
Stayed at Premier Inn Wolverhampton North at the beginning of June for a Family wedding. We had paid the extra £15 for early check-in which was well worth the money in our opinion. This gave us the chance to freshen up and get ready without having to rush. Staff on check in and were ever so friendly and welcoming and even booked a taxi to the wedding venue. The room was spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed to come back to after a long day. We cannot fault this Premier Inn and will definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the team for a lovely stay.
      "Not the best"
The staff are nice. The bed was comfy but the cleanliness of my room was shocking. There was hair all draped on the shower wall and hair and bits all on the carpet in the bedroom. The TV was so basic which probably could do with updating so you can maybe log into Netflix etc. The beefeater joined to this premier has terrible dining options. The breakfast itself was nice. I had a bowl of porridge. However the options really need updating. I eat the smallest portion of porridge on a morning and was expected to pay £10 for the continental breakfast option so that I could just have this porridge which I can’t justify. Disappointed. Wouldn’t stay here again.
      "what more could you want."
We phoned the night before to ensure we had an upstairs room, which we prefer, as we sleep with windows open, and curtains too (cannot do that in a ground floor room) We have stayed at this hotel many times, always clean everywhere, lift to all floors.Really good water pressure for toilet and shower, even on top floor.Plenty of hanging space and shelves.Excellent shower gel and hand wash(not the usual cheap stuff) Fan /hairdryer in room, plenty of sockets, extra pillows if needed. We park right around the back of the hotel where there is another entrance,so not much additional walking to reception. We have never had a problem with noise despite being at the front and in view of the pub.
      "Very pleasant stay"
Lovely comfortable family room on the ground floor, as one of my party was using crutches. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed two nights, very easy to park the car. Close to reception area. Restaurant next door was very nice. We ate breakfast two mornings and our dinner the two evenings that we stayed. Lovely friendly, accommodating staff interested restaurant as well.
