"Appalling customer service no empathy very very unhelpful attitude from staff at check-in desk smug spiteful rude!"
Check in staff appalling attitude cancelled one of our party's room for rolling their eyes and shrugging. Unbelievable!

Found the staff very helpful and the check in process was very smooth and the staff helped a lot. The bedroom was very nice and the location was ideal. Just what I needed and I would come again.

Very comfortable stay. The evening service at the restaurant was excellent. The food was very tasty. Breakfast was also great, the hot breakfast was cooked to order and very enjoyable.

Hotel fine, restaurant appalling, whoever runs the restaurant clearly never eats there. Stayed there last weekend , room fine as always, but the restaurant was down to two staff, one in the kitchen and one in the front. Long delays in getting served. Breakfast was worse, no cooking staff at all so full breakfast became toast. Will never stay there again.
