"Fantastic and friendly service."
Excellent service, despite the fact it was busy Tracey and Lee were fantastic, funny and welcoming. Good food, friendly service. I’m now trying to think of additional words as I can’t leave this review unless I write at least 200 characters.

I'm writing this review for the lady who works in the the morning (Peps) she was brilliant friendly and very productive and great quality's for frount off house it's been a pleasure to have my breakfast served by this lovely lady this week 😀
"Poor"
Been using this hotel for 8 years. No issues. Last 2 stays restaurant closed. Had purchased meal deals. No staff to man restaurant. Very poor service. Considering profit this company is making. Don't pay a decent wage to retain staff
"Poor Premier Inn"
Really poor Premier Inn. stayed for a couple of days with work. Room was not made up. Towels not replaced. Waited over one and a half hours for a chicken burger in the restaurant and then walked out. I stay in Wolverhampton with my team a lot with work, and won't be returning here. Real shame for the lovely girls on the reception, who took the brunt of the complaints that were not their fault.
