"Lovely hotel, friendly staff"
Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Peps in the restaurant is exceptionally helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained - air conditioning is lovely during this hot spell! Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Aircon throughout. The bluebrick staff were really brilliant especially peps at breakfast. Couldnt do enough for you.
"Terrible hygiene levels"
The bathroom was very unhygienic I found stains of someone’s sick and pube hair in the bathrooom there was hairs on the bed and the shower was full of pubes. The bed was damp and the tv barely worked. I was rudely awaken in the early hours of the morning by loud banging in the hallway and the rooms around me

Very comfortable, great mattress, great aircon, the singing waitress at breakfast was FABULOUS :) (and so was the full English brekkie). Station walking route is longer as the council have shut the shortcut, not the hotel's fault, but just to advise if you didn't want to or can't walk far.

Check in staff appalling attitude cancelled one of our party's room for rolling their eyes and shrugging. Unbelievable!
