West Bromwich hotel

You have the most amazing two receptionist’s Paige and Michelle who are very helpful, very pleasant and very polite. If I have any problems, issues or concerns these two lovely ladies are always willing to help me and support me. If it was up to me, these two lovely ladies deserve a golden start.

After reading some negative reviews I was worried but we personally had an amazing experience. The 2 staff members we dealt with at the hotel were both great and very helpful. The staff in the pub were all also very helpful and friendly. The meal deal was a bargain (I seen some people moan about this on reviews saying they wasn't told about it.....but it's literally advertised everywhere in the hotel!). The breakfast was amazing! Proper poached eggs cooked perfectly and the staff just so friendly! We stayed there as we had a funeral to attend at the crem down the road and the wake was nearby but for the price of the room and the cost of the meal deal I'd go back just for a night away for a little treat.

Very nice place, quiet but also close enough to the shops and other facilities. Parking available as well as restaurant with ability of breakfast and other meals.

My room was decidedly grubby on arrival. Some dubious stains on the walls and the bathroom door, doorframe and handles were simply dirty. There is no excuse. Still not doing a daily clean after COVID while other chains do. The cleaners are not thorough. I spend a day or two a week in hotels regularly for work. Premier inn used to be the preferred hotel for business travel. Now prefer Holiday Inn.
