West Bromwich hotel

To start off this one is in the middle of an industrial estate the attached pub is no longer open so no where to get food or drink in evening ( there is McDonald kfc down the road ) they offer a free complimentary breakfast but only had hot water few apples and couple oranges so not up to much The room is very musty smelling This is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed first night sound like there was a night club in next room not forgetting all the elephants running round upstairs constantly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel / squat to any one and I’ve stayed in a lot of premier inn hotels but this is definitely the worst I’ve ever seen

Went for breakfast to trial the brand new kitchen and dining area. Buffet service, all fresh food and food temperature was perfect. Dining area was lovely, comfortable seating and modern. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were enjoying our breakfast and had everything we needed. We loved our breakfast thank you.

I went to the new breakfast room based inside the hotel with my son and it was amazing, cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection & there was a lot of options too. Staff and service was amazing, they made sure we was happy with everything provided. 10/10 highly recommend, amazing!!!

Today we went for breakfast at the premier inn. The food was bang on! Eggs, bacon and sausage were all cooked to perfection 😍 There was a huge range of breakfast options including hot food, cold drinks, warm drinks, cereals, toast, crumpets and much more!! To add; the waiters were lovely, always making sure our food was ok, asking if we need anything and provided us with the best customer service!!

Stayed for 2 night had no problem with the room apart from could do with maybe 2 chairs and table so that 2 people could sit comfortably without having to sit on the bed, what we did have a problem with was the fact that when we arrived and had paid we were informed that there was no restaurant at the moment and that hot drinks, cereal, fruit and pastries would be provided in reception. The first morning there were 2 bananas left, apples, 2 different pastries (1 was a chocolate pastry the other a dry croissant, no butter or jam to go with it) and hot drinks, no cereal, when we enquired about the cereal, the receptionist said "i do apologise but they haven't sent any over, (that attitude is not acceptable) so therefore no breakfast for us 1 ended up with a banana and a pastry an the other had nothing as diabetic and has to be careful what they eat, the same thing happened the second day, so no breakfast again, both days we had to go and find our own breakfast outside, there was no offer of any refund from our payment for the lack of breakfast which I find totally unacceptable and there was no mention of the restaurant being unavailable when we booked our stay.....would I stay here again... definitely not!!!!
