West Bromwich Town Centre (New Square) hotel

The best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. Clean, neat and modern. Staff were all nice. Good restaurant and bar. Only complaint would be that tha breakfast was lukewarm warm.

The hotel is a absolute gem just on the edge of west bromwich town centre. Modern and so clean from the moment you arrive your made to feel like your at home,the staff are so welcoming and professional they always remember that youve stayed before such pleasent people we had our keycard and went to the lifts to get to our room the lifts are spotless and there enough room id say for 8 people with luggage .the rooms are a credit to the housekeeping staff there spotless crips bed sheets and pillows more in the cupboard if needed spacious bath and shower head over bath is massive 4 mins under there is just perfect...you can eat at bottle inn onsite if you just want to relax or there plenty of places in west bromwich ill just give you one of them pfc perfect fried chicken high street west bromwich by the markets had a wonderful stay there id recommened it to anyone visiting west bromwich 5 stars ✨️💫⭐️🌟💫

The room needs renovating. The bathroom extractor fan does not work, the toilet seat was broken/shaking at the bottom, the room had a funny smell i had to spray my perfume, the mattress had seen better days as i could feel the spring on my body. We were only staying a night and we got in late otherwise i would have found an alternative place. Was very disappointed.

Room not ready, vulnerable daughter placed into a room with adjoining door and door was discovered to be unlocked. Spent over an hour at the front desk trying to get the second room, and move room, but manager was too busy at the bar and left an untrained receptionist to deal with it at check in. Generally gone downhill and cleanliness is out of the window. Also got fined last year for parking despite putting my car details into the tablet. This year, I took a video but next year, I will not be staying here. Despite all the bad experience, was not even allowed to take my own breakfast to our room as we did last year, but it's ok to take your own food into the rooms? It just doesn't make sense!

Nice hotel. Heart of the city in West Bromwich. Excellent service. 24 hours access to hotel. Safe and secured. Outsiders can't get access to getin to the rooms. Internet (WIFI) is very poor. No fridge inside.No telephone or intercom is available to call reception.
