    "Family trip"
Clean, presentable and comfortable. Some noise from room above but was addressed when I raised this with staff. Family room was not ready on our arrival but again was addressed promptly.
    "Another great stay"
Met at reception by Leanne met with a warm and welcoming smile and hello as always showed amazing kindness and patience with my children who both have special needs visited restaurant for breakfast and dinner during stay staff inside were brilliant as always and food was delicious another wonderful stay can’t wait to be back again
    "Very poor"
The young guy on the front desk took 4 hours to check us in. His a very rude man! Door lock was broken then only to be told pick the babies cot ourselves and move it to the 3rd . No managers on site. People were really annoyed of the service he was giving as he was very slow and couldn’t be asked!
"Good, but could be Great with some TLC."
Stayed here for 3rd year in a row for an annual conference. Location is perfect, just across the road from New Square shopping area with a Tesco extra and all the shops and restaurants you need to make your stay convenient. Onsite restaurant is excellent, staff are more than happy to help and the hotel has plenty of free parking for guests. Rooms are of good size and of course the famous Premier Inn beds do not disappoint. The only thing that I will say is that the rooms are starting to look a little tired with scuffs on the walls, cracks in the ceiling, chips in the bath and the carpets are starting to looking worn. Nothing major, but these things just spoil the hotel vibe a little. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I've had another pleasant stay.
"Kids should not be allowed to run around the hotel like a playground!!!"
As I work all over the UK it is important where I can to get as much rest as possible before I deliver training courses at our centres and company premises, what I do NOT expect are kids running around corridors thinking they are the only ones in the hotels and parents not taking full responsibility. Apart from safety aspect but also a safeguarding aspect children should not be left unattended. It’s bad enough some staff stating they can’t do anything, yet our company spends hundreds of thousands of pounds in this group for all of our staff. I have no choice as I do not want to travel 3+ hours before doing a full 8 hour day teaching and assessing, this is why I travel the day before then I’m fully refreshed for the day. Please Premier Inn, amend your policies to deal with this issue. It’s a hotel not a school club, people need to rest no matter the time day or night!
