Really enjoyed my stay ac in rooms bed comfortable, Rebecca was super helpful and full of smiles, not a fan of those kiosks cant really see the receptionist they block the view of them behind the desk,

"Expensive for the location and a very limited poor quality continental breakfast"
Poor blackout curtains - they are not long enough to actually block out light. Corridors had a bad smell. Continental breakfast is limited and poor quality

Great experience from the get go.
Was met with a lovely gent named Daniel. Who helped me check in as I had a few issues with my card. Room was beautiful, stayed on the top floor. And even though the pub outside was busy, it was quiet in my room. Would stay again!!

Hotel entrance unkept . Check-in machines never work humans on desk are more reliable .Staff in hotel very friendly ,restaurant staff very rude clearly don’t want to be there .Room was looked clean except for blue tak all over ceiling and walls the bathroom was full of mould and the extractor van was extremely loud . Value for stay was good the value and quality for food was not good need to up there game with all food places near by .
