Walsall Town Centre hotel

Had an amazing stay, Receptionist on check in was lovely and helped us with anything we needed. Huge thank you to the staff they are a credit to the company hotel was cool on a hot day and the room was clean and comfortable

I had an excellent stay at Premier Inn Walsall and couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and effortless. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with an exceptionally comfy bed that gave me a fantastic night's sleep. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, keeping the room at the perfect temperature throughout my stay, which made it even more comfortable during this heatwave. Everything was well maintained, quiet and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The location was ideal, with easy access to the motorway and plenty of nearby amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of hot and continental options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, the hotel offered outstanding value for money. The excellent customer service, cleanliness, comfort and air-conditioned rooms really stood out, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Town centre location with a lot of amenities around it, the hotel was clean and tidy and the room perfect for my overnight stay. The staff I saw were all lovely and could not have been more helpful. Will definitely keep it in mind for my next visit

I was disappointed that we woke up to no water in our room at all. I phoned reception and whilst the lady was nice, the whole system was ridiculous. She said she would check if it was the settings at the back or need to call water company. I called back after 10 minutes and was told that more rooms were reporting it so she couldn’t even move us. She then said she was trying to report it to the water company which could take hours. But she was being interrupted at reception by complaints so couldn’t make the call. Whilst the receptionist was lovely, I am shocked that for such an essential service, there was no one else to help her. The lack of system was poor. We ended up leaving the hotel as we needed to use the bathroom, brush our teeth and shower. None of this was possible with lack of water. Disappointing and the guest relations were poor when I called them. No apology but said they would have to call the hotel to check what I had said. Then couldn’t get through to hotel reception so said they would send an email. Then wrote to me saying they would refund me a third of my money as a “goodwill gesture”. This was not goodwill, they went back on their basic promise to provide water for a hotel room. Am going to escalate this.
