"Overall disappointed"
If you don't eat then this is OK, the pub next door is now shut so only open for Premier inn residents, it's cold and empty, there is also no lift at this hotel.

"'Tired' Bentley Green Premier Inn"
We have used this Premier Inn many times over the years as it's really convenient for visiting family. The parking is free and all on site. Check in is easy and friendly staff are there to help. The place is always kept spotless. The beds are very comfy. The rooms are however, in my opinion, starting to look tired. We were actually allocated a room that had been updated compared to our Daughter who's room next door hadn't. Both rooms , as said, were tired. The lighting for using mirrors was poor particularly in the bathroom. There was an issue with the extractor fan in the bathroom that meant the mist did not clear after using the shower. The extractor was positioned directly above the hand basin and continually dripped on your head when washing hands or brushing teeth. The biggest change since our last visit is the closure of the beefeater next door. You can still get meals but there is nowhere to sit and have a drink with family/friends from other rooms or with people that come to visit who are not resident. Such a shame as this is a great location for us but will seriously consider trying out The Village Hotel on M6 Juction 10 particularly as we are expected to pay the same prices.

"Give this one a miss!"
Location was handy for where I was working. Cleanliness left something to be desired. The room smelt very musty and the smell was very strong in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay here again! On a positive note, it is free parking and I was met by an actual person, not a screen!

"Shame, great location, twice bitten, looks like we will be back to the Village a mile up the road in future!"
Room was too hot, 15 outside 26 inside at 3am! Shower was awful no preasure and half blocked head. Had the welcome of crossroads motel after being told their show had been axed!

Easy location. Rather dated and could do with a revamp. No lifts for easier access and very few plug points. None by the bed.
Bathrooms need updating to showers and the evening meal left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was great though and the staff are lovely.
We've stayed at a lot of Premier Inns over the years and this fell short.
