      "Just perfect, friendly staff, great food, comfortable surroundings"
      Firstly we were welcome by Rekha who is so happy and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, we already knew there was no air conditioning, but we had a fan in our room, had dinner in the Beefeater next door, Laura was very welcoming, food was perfect and not expensive, slept well, beds really comfortable, breakfasts were freshly cooked, I chose continental, had cereal, yoghurt and fruit, my husband and our friends has cooked, which was cooked fresh to order, stayed 2 nights, every single member of staff at the Premier and the Beefeater were happy and helpful, it made our stay even better, because we felt valued and looked after. Cannot fault the accommodation or the food. Breakfasts are in the Beefeater next door, just perfect

      Definitely the best hotel around Birmingham. Everything is about the customer both in the hotel and restaurant. Special mention to Josh in the restaurant fantastic customer service..Above all having stopped in premier inns 4 nights a week for over 10 years this hotel and restaurant is by far the best I’ve ever stopped in
      "Great stay and customer care"
      Clean and tidy room as usual, very helpful lady on reception upon arrival who attended to a problem in the room straightaway. Excellent, friendly breakfast service next door with the best Premier Inn porridge tasted. Stay a lot in PI's and this one was a better one.

      Always a pleasure to stay at j10 premier, always clean, staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Food always amazing. Stayed many times and it never fails to make our stay enjoyable. Staff are always polite and helpful, and always there if we need anything.
      "A good stay at this lovely hotel"
      We stayed at this hotel. It’s not your modern hotel. But was extremely clean. With 2 fans in the room. I recommend taking an extension lead ( we did) as there is only a few plugs by the tv. No sockets by the beds. But because we were prepared it was fine. The room was a nice size. With clean towels and bedding. All we needed to ask for was an extra cup as they only put 2 of everything in the room even though our booking was for 3 people. Michelle who worked in the hotel and her son James who worked in the restaurant were amazing and so so helpful. The restaurant closes very early so be aware of this. But the food was lovely. Parking is great. And there is a local shop just in walking distance.
