Solihull Town Centre hotel

We stayed in a Premier Plus room for 1 night. The value was £50. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The Premier Plus rooms are newly designed and on the top floor. Average sized Premier Inn room. Lots of amenities in the room noise level was very quiet. My only issue was that the shower was broken, water spraying out the sides. We couldn’t report this as left in the middle of the night and no staff on reception… Overall great location and exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn.

We visited the restaurant as a large group of 20, which included a big group of children aged between 2 and 12. They were able to offer a separate area just for us, which was perfect for us to relax in. The food was excellent value for money. It’s buffet service, with loads of choice and was regularly topped up throughout our visit. Thank you in particular to Sean and Jodie, who were welcoming and attentive.

We were searching for a place that could accommodate a large group of 22 for breakfast, and Premier Inn Solihull exceeded all expectations from the very start. When I called to enquire, the team couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. On the day, they had thoughtfully arranged a separate area just for us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and well-organised. The service was absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The food itself was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and offering incredible value for money. It’s not often you find a place that delivers so well on both quality and service, especially for a group of our size. A huge thank you to Sean and Jodie, who made the experience extra special. We’ll most definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

The location is the only redeeming quality really as well as transport options. The check in was fairly easy but the Aircon worked probably the first night and then didn't for the rest of the time we stayed, the worst was check out day when the room was so hot one of us fainted, we informed the staff and he just disregarded what was said and gave us an email and phone number to call, I wouldn't recommend staying at this premier inn.

Clean, comfy, warm & friendly. The staff were super busy at times, but were still very lovely and helpful. The food was good, the bedrooms had everything we needed. I'd definately stay at a Premier Inn again. Thank you.
