"Very helpful and welcoming member staff"
I was checked in by Sue who made me feel welcome and comfortable whilst checking in. She was very helpful when I asked for more coffee for the room.
The room was clean and spacious.
The only down side is there was no bar.

I came to this Premier Inn in Solihull on Easter holiday, the location is great, rooms are really nice comfortable, clean really quiet. Also every staff was very kind and always smiling.
When we were having breakfast there was a specific lady called Caren. We asked her quite a number of questions, she answered them in a very kind patient way each time and great service by her and everyone else in the breakfast restaurant.

Very good value for money with comfortable rooms. All staff were really friendly, food was great and Caron looked after my dad brilliantly at breakfast, catering for his allergy.
