"Always a lovely stay."

Been travelling to this hotel once or twice a year for about 15 years now. It's a handy stop off for when my wife and I travel to Birmingham on business. I like the on the edge of the village location, it's always clean, fairly quiet, the food is always good, friendly staff etc. very little not to like. Covid measures are in place and had very little impact to our stay compared to normal times.

"Clean and quiet"

Everywhere was beautifully clean and Coronavirus precautions were clear and thorough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal deal for dinner and breakfast in the next door Beefeater was good value. It was a quiet spot but very close to central Birmingham. One word of warning- there are 3 Premier Inns on the Stratford Road, two next to Beefeaters- this one is actually in Hockley Heath. We called at the other two first in error- third time lucky!

"Nice stay"

We have stayed here before which was before covid 19. Nothing to much trouble as we asked for extra pillows and tea bags. However, signage in the hotel is a little confusing when going from the hotel to the restaurant. Menu for the evening meal had been improved and a good variety on offer. However, the breakfast menu has been reduced. No poached eggs no fresh fruit,limited cereals. We fully appreciate the current situation but feel the breakfast menu needs to return the original menu.

"Great Stay"

Stayed for one night, usual Premier Inn high standards of cleanliness and excellent service. Covid measures very good, well organised. Lots of parking, so no issues there. Had meals at The Barn next door, very good service and excellent food, as I said a great stay.

"A bit dated and tired"

Stayed for one night when visiting relatives. We've been here a few times before, but this time we really noticed how worn and tired it looked. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, there were random marks and stains. We had a run in with a jumbo bug that wouldn't die - even though the windows weren't open. Just all a bit - meh! Reception lady was nice and friendly. COVID precautions were all good. No lift is a pain with baggage and no offer of help to carry stuff. The place could do with a revamp and bringing up to date.
