Dudley Town Centre hotel

The location was very convenient and there was more than enough parking (something in today's anti-motoring Britain we can no longer take for granted). The staff were really helpful and very friendly. The room itself was very pleasantly furnished and very clean, with a very comfortable bed. Very quiet too - no noise at all from outside. Wi-fi top notch. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was cold - not even mildly warm. Putting sausages, has browns, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes under light bulbs on a counter does not keep them even warm, much less hot. A real let down after having had good, hot 'full English' at other Premier Inns over the years. We were also disappointed with the menu options for the restaurant for the evening meal, again as much because of the good, honest down-to-earth meals (like steak, gammon, meat pie, grille) we have enjoyed at other Premier Inns. Not everyone wants, or even likes, curry!

We were checked in by Abbey, very professional, helpful, sorted out extra towels, pillows for us, couldn’t have asked for a better welcome attentiveness.

The hostess Abbey was fantastic, very warm welcoming and professional manner, really made everyone feel at ease and had an exceptional rapport with the other guests as well as myself and my family. Her brilliant attitude and welcoming manor really made our visit seem special

We recently stayed at Premier Inn Dudley Town Centre for three nights in a Premier Plus accessible room and had a really enjoyable experience. Check-in was straightforward, and I was particularly impressed by the receptionist’s approach to guest safety. My partner had checked in ahead of me, and when I arrived a couple of hours later, I was offered a replacement room key that would deactivate his existing card. Although this wasn’t necessary for us, I thought it was an excellent and discreet safety measure, particularly in the context of recent televised safety issues. The hotel has a good-sized car park, and we had no difficulty parking both vehicles throughout our stay. There’s also a restaurant and bar area on site, although we didn’t use these facilities. We booked an accessible Premier Plus room as it was the only Premier Plus option available at the time. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with a generously sized bathroom. The lower bed and adapted facilities didn’t affect our stay in any way. The additional amenities were a real bonus, including a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board. I particularly loved the dedicated hair and makeup station with its own illuminated mirror – such a practical touch! I also worked remotely during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly, approachable and professional. I especially appreciated their relaxed, unobtrusive approach, allowing us to enjoy our stay without unnecessary interruptions. Overall, a really pleasant and comfortable stay with everything we needed. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We stayed here for an event at Black Country museum. We have used this premier inn a few times. It is in a lovely area and walking distance to the museum. Very clean room. Had a good night's sleep. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Could not fault it all
