      "A good stay!"
      From start to finish we had a great stay. The self check-in screens are good, but seems odd to have it in front of the desk, where you would usually check in and there’s someone sitting there. They could also remind you to pop your reg in as you’re caught off guard by them asking to use the self check-in. I remembered as I left and hopefully, I will be fine. Some information on the restaurant would also be really helpful on the confirmation email. The room itself was good, it was a nice comfy bed and the room was nice and clean. It wasn’t a great sleep, but this was down to guests above, rather than anything the hotel could control. It was intermittent, so every time I thought about saying something, the noise stopped. The Breakfast was lovely, no complaints here at all! Friendly goodbye, would definitely stay again. Great proximity to the Zoo and Black Country Museum.
      "This is a place to stay"
      Once again we had a lovely stay and was well looked after . The breakfast was great. We been here lots of times and never been let down. The staff can't do enough for you. They make your stay a wonderful one and make you want to go back . That's why we chose to stay in premier Inn it's great

      The usual standard we have come to expect from a Premier inn . Very quiet night time , Competent and helpful staff and all we need in our room. Breakfast was well served and stocked and staff clearing and cleaning as necessary . The hotel is close to the centre , and for the zoo and West country museum.

      Warm and friendly welcome on arrival, bright and clean hotel entrance with additional seating outside. The reception is bright and cheerful. Bedroom was large and very comfortable and breakfast had a great selection. Will use this hotel again.
      "Great Location, Family Friendly"
      We used this Premier Inn as a stop off from our journey back home from the Welsh Coast. We stayed for 2 nights as we planned to visit two local attractions - Black Country Living Museum (10 min walk away) & Cadbury World (30 Mim drive away). We are a family of four with two children aged from one to eight. We booked a family room with a cot. This room was on the ground floor, had a double bed, a single bed and a cot all ready. The bathroom had a full bath. Check in was easy, staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable. There was also plenty of car parking. We asked for extra towels as we were a family and they only put in their standard two towels. Maybe something to plan for as they knew how many people were visiting? We opted for breakfast in the morning. This Premier Inn had a small restaurant area but worked well for what it needed to do. Staff were pleasant and the chef very chatty which was nice. Though not as wide range, considering the amount of people staying, it was probably right so as to not waste food. Overall this Premier Inn met our expectations and was in a great location for our needs.
