Dudley (Kingswinford) hotel

A very pleasant stay whilst visiting family over the new year. Super comfortable bed (we bought a premier inn matress a few years ago and love it) , proper bath and powerful shower. Managed to get out for a new years day run so treated myself to a full breakfast. Thanks to Kat for friendly and efficient service at breakfast. Freshly cooked to order so you can have just what you want without any waste. We have stayed here a few times now and we look forward to our next stay.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable (I always sleep well at the Premier Inn!). We had the cooked breakfast option in the morning, which was delicious. We were served by Kat - she was really friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed.

The staff was very pleasant, one staff member stuck out to me as she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nicola fox. She is an amazing attribute to the company. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would come again.

Old dated giving hostel vibes rather than 3 star, carpets throughout shocking, smelly corridors and rooms, rooms so dated, bathrooms dated, food at breakfast was just okay poor quality meat stale bread, no choice milks, hard rails and lifts filthy, gave an extra star as the staff are pleasant, shocking stay really should be 1 or 3 star definitely not 3, rooms.dont.gwt cleaned unless you ask, only one towel in room.upon arrivel, horrible dull dirty and far from comfortable, the only positive was the staff wifi shocking too. Okay for builders working in the local area that need to get their heads down which I think.is who they mainly had when we were there.

We stayed for two nights at the Dudley Kingswinford hotel. The first night was faultless — the room was clean, comfortable, and everything was as expected. The location is very convenient for visiting West Midlands Safari Park, which was a real plus for our trip. Breakfast offered a good choice of options; however, we would have preferred a self-serve hot buffet rather than having to wait to be served. Unfortunately, the second night was a very different experience. We were repeatedly disturbed by loud noise from the room above us, including constant footsteps and doors creaking and being slammed over a long period of time. While some noise is understandable when guests are settling in, this continued well into the night. We reported the issue to reception at midnight, but despite this, the noise did not improve enough for us to get a decent night’s sleep. As a result, it put a dampener on what was meant to be a festive weekend away. Staff were polite, but the situation could have been handled better with stronger enforcement of the hotel’s noise policy or follow-up after the complaint. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential, but this experience affected our overall stay.
