"Staff were the finishing touch to a good room"
We stayed for one night (22nd–23rd June) and had a really pleasant experience. The night staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast staff were also excellent—attentive, efficient and cheerful, helping to make the morning a great start to the day.
The team really made the difference, and their customer service is a credit to the hotel. We’d be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

The beds was comfy and it’s good you do free carers room but one thing that is missing is plug sockets next to the beds for care support or if anything needs charging and it’s better next to the bed

It was good comfy bed but I was with my carer we had a room each but I could do with more plugs one nearby the bed to charge my things next to me if I need support overnight as I have an Apple Watch and needed to keep my watch on if I needed her. I have friends who need medical care that needs plugging in next to the bed so this could be useful

Lovely Hotel stayed 4th June was going to Take That concert I met Natalie on check in lovely lady customer service was excellent couldnt do enough to help us room was clean had a great nights sleep everything we needed and nothing was to much trouble Thankyou Natalie for everything
