"Coventry"
Great location. Perfect night for me. I arrived late night and the staff was very king and room was perfect for me to sleep. I had all what I needed in this too.

"Very poor"
Our recent booking involved multiple rooms, and the overall standard of cleanliness and safety was completely unacceptable. The conditions were severe enough that one member of our team was unable to stay and had to book alternative accommodation. Their room was not only dirty, but the lock on the interconnecting door was insufficient and left unlocked, presenting a clear safety concern. Additionally, the window was nearly impossible to close properly.
The second room was equally poor: the carpets were heavily stained, and a strong, overpowering odor of urine originating from the bathroom filled the entire room.

"Shocking facilities"
Shocking experience. Whilst clean the facilities were very old and shabby. The room was less than basic with none of the standard requirements ie water glasses, tissues.
The bathroom felt and smelt like a hospital bathroom. The bed was not comfortable.
The only reason we stayed was because it was clean and we had a quick turnaround.

"Lovely"
Was a lovely stay, big room and the staff were excellent.
Only complaint would be either the water or heating system was making a bit of noise.

"Fantastic breakfast in Coventry! We wouldn't go anywhere else!"
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our walk-in breakfast. We need to give a special mention to Emma and Sophie who gave fantastic service, and nothing was too much trouble. They really care about you having a great experience and are so friendly. It's nice to see staff stop for a chat! They are a true credit to the team and company. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, with a particular mention of how hot everything was and the poached eggs were perfect.
