Second stay here whilst visiting family! This has to be one of my favourite Premier Inns.
Rooms are always spotlessly clean.
Check in friendly and welcoming.
We had a great sleep and warm shower in the morning.
Breakfast 5*! Warmly greeted and asked if any allergies in our group. My son has a peanut and sesame seed allergy. Our table was cleaned again and fresh cutlery/plates/cups etc brought out. We went through allergy menu to find out what was suitable. Continental was help yourself and hot was cooked to order. Absolutely delish, hot and well cooked!
A huge thank you to the team! I tried so hard to remember everyone's names, Sophia and Natalie? I am so sorry but you know who you are!

"Pleasant stay with comfort and ease."
The location was good accept we were sent with two messages showing directions how to get there and one of them was wrong so we ended up not far from the venue but on the middle of the main road and used the other direction which brought us back to the hotel. We did point this out to the receptionist and hopefully it will be corrected otherwise, the atmosphere was quite welcoming, rooms quite clean and comfortable definitely value for money.

Overall good stay staff superb only thing letting stay down is the state of the shower rooms thase are tired and grubby around the corners

We stayed for one night (22nd–23rd June) and had a really pleasant experience. The night staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast staff were also excellent—attentive, efficient and cheerful, helping to make the morning a great start to the day.
The team really made the difference, and their customer service is a credit to the hotel. We’d be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

The beds was comfy and it’s good you do free carers room but one thing that is missing is plug sockets next to the beds for care support or if anything needs charging and it’s better next to the bed
