Brilliant customer service really friendly staff and everything was clean and tidy . Breakfast made by Monika was cooked to perfection and reception staff Natali was super kind and helpful .

"Fan noise all night."
Beds as comfortable as ever. Clean room.
Constant sound of the fan system going all night, can hear it now matter what.
Shower curtain does nothing, a lot of water goes onto the floor as it's not long enough.

"Very dusty room. Needed a proper clean."
Great breakfast and nice comfort in bed. But the cleaning. Started sneezing as soon as I walked in. Place gets a wipe down, mould and rust, and actual dust on the wall above the heater...scruffy corridor although I'm not sleeping in them. So who cares. It's just a niggle... absolutely great breakfast. Can't complain. Just hated the dust.....

"Great service at breakfast for those with dietary restrictions"
Stayed here earlier this week. Room comfort was usual Premier Inn standard. However I wanted to give a special mention to Natalie for looking after me so well at breakfast as I have strict dietary restrictions. She ensured that the table was thoroughly wiped down and that all the tableware items were double cleaned and placed on the table for my use only. She also showed me the 2nd oven which is dedicated use for allergy customers and is cleaned before each use.
This level of attention completely alleviated any worry I usually have when eating outI felt completely safe and enjoyed my cooked breakfast.

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL"
Worst premier in I’ve ever stayed in. Unclean, faults, sub standard bed causing lack of sleep which premier are ignoring despite their good nights sleep guarantee. Staff hardly ever on reception and when you check out they are too busy serving breakfast. Clearly short staffed and it shows in all aspects. Avoid this one at all costs, and don’t expect action if you complain to guest relations, because my person asked me if I had drank my morning tea or coffee as I needed to relax!! I wish I could upload the voice message for all to hear. Terrible service, so much so, I didn’t go to my booking there for the next night because my son did not want to go back there. I use premier all over the UK but not now.
