"Filth"

I have no idea how this hotels ratings are so high. This is the worst premier inn I have stayed at. I think it was last decorated at least 20 years ago. The rooms had no working heating and the whole place looked dusty. If my husband hadn’t have packed his flip flops I wouldn’t have used the bathroom. We left as soon as we could our room was also u set a staircase so all we herd was thump thump all night!. That said as always the staff at this hotel were amazing as with other premiere inns and very helpful polite and a pleasure the kitchen for breakfast was spotless. The stars given were for the staff if I could I’d have given them 5.

"as always amazing value"

we had a family room and it was nice - only minor issue was the small cobwebs around the wall lamps. In a time of coronavirus and big claims about how deep cleaning is taking place its a bit concerning to find a surface area not cleaned for seemingly some time. But that's all I have to moan about. For the good parts, great helpful staff and even the modified breakfast service was great!

"Great as usual"

Stayed 1 night at start of October with 2 friends. No complaints at all. Breakfast was superb and hot. Rarely does Premier Inn let you down. Well done again! Stayed at many in this group and most are well upto standard.

"Lovely stay, fantastic and helpful staff"

Coventry South is by far and away the best Premier Inn i have visited. Nothing was too much trouble and during these difficult times the staff made sure the visit was safe and enjoyable! It was a the perfect base for our visit to Warwick Castle and Stratford.

Staff could not be more helpful the room was checked before we had the key all was to plan felt safe there .Clean tidy room with all you need.Huge free car park very pleasant staff great stay we will be back next year! Miller and Carter right next door(need to pre book) Burnt Post Ember inn less than a mile up the(also need to book)
