"Coventry South weeks stay"
The location was good for my work nearby. The hotel is showing signs of wear and some poor handyman skills. No evening meals are avaialble at this premier inn. However the staff were great and made the stay for myself and a colleague a pleasure. I especially thank Natalie who mainly looked after me for breakfast who stayed cheerful even though at time really busy. I stay in premier inns about 5 nights a week and all over the country. I must say a massive thank you to Monica the chef. All breakfasts were made to order. All food was presented well and the order of crispy bacon, blackpudding etc was devine. This was the best I have had in 9 months and made sure they knew when I left.

"Premier inn Coventry south stay."
One of the smaller premier inns, however it didn’t lack character, and the staff were lovely, particularly Natalie and Akoa at breakfast. The room was clean and tidy and the window opened, (rare these days) . Only breakfast available however it was cooked really well and served with a smile.
Access via public transport is regular to and from the city. There is a Miller and Carter steak house next door for evening meals. We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient for Stoneleigh park. Recommended.

Brilliant customer service really friendly staff and everything was clean and tidy . Breakfast made by Monika was cooked to perfection and reception staff Natali was super kind and helpful .

"Fan noise all night."
Beds as comfortable as ever. Clean room.
Constant sound of the fan system going all night, can hear it now matter what.
Shower curtain does nothing, a lot of water goes onto the floor as it's not long enough.
