First time staying due to a wedding. The team are absolutely fantastic without a shadow of a doubt. The hotel could do with a revamp but it wouldn't deter us from coming back. Breakfast was lovely also

The building looks ready for a makeover, outside and inside, the Restaurant doesn't eve look like it was part of the Inn, I had to ask where I Eat and drink with my meal deal

stayed at Premier inn Coventry M6 on 19 September .
I was pleasently surprised ,the room was very clean ,the staff very friendly ,
the breakfast was the best i have had .AND free Parking.
The only negatives,Please get decent size TVs,
And i was told the outside area is due a Revamp.
All in all very nice stay.

"Poor Value for a 1 night stay"
As a wheelchair user, Premier Inn is my goto as I can generally be confident that their adapted rooms will meet my needs and the rooms represent good value. However, on this occasion I was disappointed.
Although I was travelling for work and my employer was picking up my bill, I'm still conscious of value for money and feel that £188 for 1 nights accommodation in a standard (adapted) Premier Inn room in Midlands, does not represent good value.
Additionally, having selected a wetroom option for my adapted room, the shower seat was much smaller than other Premier Inn's that I've stayed at and it was further restricted by a grab rail positioned immediately behind the seat and therefore prevented me from fully sitting on the seat, placing me at risk of a fall.
In the Bedroom itself, there were no power points around the bed which meant that I had to charge my phone and set my alarm at the desk before transferring to the bed.
Breakfast meanwhile was advertised at freshly cooked instead of the usual buffet. However, notwithstanding that £11.99 for a Premier Inn cooked Breakfast and £9.99 for a continental breakfast isn't good value, I was extremely disappointed that poached eggs to order weren't available.

The staff here are amazing from check in to over in the restaurant I arrived early and Hannah on reception let me check in as my room was ready. The hotel is abit dated but was told the hotel is getting a refurb soon. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable suited my needs. Would stay here again

You couldn't get closer to the hub of the country than Coventry East. You're right next to the M6, 30 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and 30 minutes from the NEC. There's plenty to keep you entertained and help you unwind here too.
Attend a convention at Birmingham NEC or the Ricoh Arena. Take five strolling through the grounds of Warwick Castle. Or go ten pin bowling right next to the hotel. Then head back to our hotel, enjoy a feast of choice at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant, and relax in our comfy beds.
