"Close to Coombe Abbey and very welcoming staff"

Lovely stay we were attending a wedding at Coombe Abbey, the staff asked us about our day.. The facilities were clean and the room was very nice with tv , fan and tea and coffee. The car park had plenty of space. The only thing was when we booked I didn't get an option to ask for a ground floor room which would have been useful if I had an elderly person with me.

"Good nights sleep"

What I said there to say about a premier inn? It does what you'd expect, clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff easy online checkin, no noise heard from other rooms. Reception manned with a bell to ring after 11pm (we arrived at 12am. Conveniently located near Morrisons and just off the motorway. We stayed here after a concert at the Ricoh, it was a 20 min drive (after we got out of the car park) The only downside was the car park at the premier inn, i got the last space and there were still cars arriving behind me (probably had been at the same concert!) but the was space to park at TGI fridays which was round the corner. We didn't book breakfast as we felt it was overpriced for 2 adults and didn't know if we'd be up in time - however the breakfast room looked nice and if you are travelling with children, breakfast is free so would be good value.

"Great stay. Staff fantastic."

There was a problem with someone smoking in the bathroom before we checked in. Staff sorted it out. Great location. Would come back again. The room was very hot and even with the window open it was still too hot.

Very easy location to find. TGIF near by for a meal in the evening. Usual good nights sleep. No air con so if really hot weather maybe a little warm in the room. Some rooms face the main road and may be a little noisy if window open.

"Nights Sleep"

We arrived late exhausted of travel disruption. We have stayed in Premier Inn all across GB and always have a good stay. On this occasion the bed was not great and there was a damp,smell in the room, possibly from a water leak previously in the room. We have been offered the refund of the cost for the night as part of their good night guarantee.
