Coventry East (Binley/A46) hotel

Stayed here for 5 nights while working in the area. Good location. Easy parking (free). Only 2 floors and no lift. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and i slept well. No air conditioning in the room but there was a powerful fan that did a good job of keeping me cool. Breakfast is available, but no evening meal.. There is a pub across the road though. A pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

A really lovely place to stay, the staff were very kind to me and the room was comfortable. The staff working in the breakfast room were super friendly and went the extra mile for me. I was attending my best friend’s funeral and they showed me great compassion. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. They even let me book a room on the shady side of the building as I don’t like a hot room. Thank you everyone for making a difficult time comfortable.

Excellent Premier Inn to stay. Good car park, all staff very friendly from reception arrival/ departure and breakfast room. A quiet location, easy for city centre access and onwards/ home journey with ring road and motorways.

Fantastic staff that are always happy to help with a smile, particularly Anna in the kitchen who is always welcoming and happy who can’t do enough to make your day start with happiness.

We endured one of the worst nights we’ve ever had in a hotel, and Premier Inn have made it very clear that their “Good Night Guarantee” is nothing more than marketing spin. Our room was completely unfit for purpose. The ventilation was appalling – the window barely opened, leaving us trapped in a room that sat at around 28 degrees all night. The heat was unbearable. The only fan provided was ineffective and simply pushed the hot air around. Staff were polite but unable to do anything to help, and we were told there were no alternative rooms available. Despite Premier Inn’s very public promise of a “Good Night Guarantee”, we were refused a refund by Guest Relations or any other offer to rectify our experience. Premier Inn are not willing to uphold their own standards or promises. We have been very regular cuatomers over the last 2 years. After this experience, we will not be using Premier Inn again. If they cannot honour their own guarantee, customers cannot trust them.
