"Great stay"
Location was ideal for us as we were watching the ice hockey.
Atmosphere was friendly and professional. Staff members remembered from previous visits. Our room was clean and tidy.
We only had 1 set of towels in the room. So we popped down to reception who gave us another set. They apologised

Clean room and friendly staff. Decor could do with a refresh in the room. But comfortable bed and pillows. No lift at this property so make sure you can handle luggage up the stairs.

The hotel was typical Premier Inn, exactly what you would expect in a not very nice location. The most disappointing and extremely annoying part was arriving at 8.00 at night after a long day of travelling etc to find that the restaurant clearly advertised on the website and instrumental in us booking this particular location, was closed down a month earlier. We were directed to a pub a shortish walk, in pouring rain and across a major road complex which was just about to stop serving food. All this grief could have been avoided if the hotel's website was kept upto date. In future I will check by phoning ahead to the hotel to check.
