"Avoid!!!"
Dreadful hotel. Feels like a prison room. Guests smoking weed in car park.. everywhere dirty and breakfast is chaos. Avoid and book elsewhere

"A decent stay…."
Only stayed here for one night on business this week. £65 for the night and £11 for Breakfast. The room was find but no Air Conditioning however. They did provide a fan and the windows do slightly open. So not all bad.
The room is fine and just what you would expect and the breakfast which was nice.
Please note, this hotel does not provide dinner. There is a TGIs next door but this was closed down.

"Avoid this one, tired and in need of done TLC."
I always stay in premier inn hotels but this one is poor, outside car park is tired looking. Some staff were excellent but some were poor, in this case the reception staff didn’t know of there was a pub nearby. I checked mapping myself and walked the five minutes to it.
Hotel feels tired and in need of some TLC, the kitchen wasn’t open for evening food which was poor.
Overall I was really disappointed with this stay & should have stayed in the pub which had lovely rooms.

What a lovely stay at Premier Inn! The reception staff were fantastic handling our room issue quickly and efficiently with a great attitude. Other locations could definitely learn from them.
A special mention to the chef as well—such a warm and friendly lady who made everyone feel welcome and put a smile on our faces. Truly excellent service all around
