      "First time in Coventry"
Stayed at this hotel for my first visit to Coventry, from the 11th-13th . Came very late ,the front desk was supper helpful ,the morning after I had an issue which was resolved by the lady on the front desk after I was misinformed by the person on the phone on the 10th. But the lady at front desk was very welcoming and explained to me what I needed to know ,she also had nice smile I must say and her bob was cut to perfection. Then went into breakfast and had a wonderful meal I must say the chef is really chef kiss . Thank you for a good stay
"Great weekend for Grannie and her best grandsons"
I stayed in the family room with my 2 grandsons aged 11 and 15. Even though I only confirmed there would be an extra boy staying the day before, 3 beds were made up and ready. I paid for a full breakfast so both boys ate free - this was such a help to me. This premier Inn is smaller than most so never feel overwhelmed or rushed. The breakfast was great, the parking ample. This was our second visit and would definitely stay again. It's close to Coventry so a short car ride or bus ride. The Coventry Transport Museum is fantastic, both boys were even more impressed that they were with the British Motor Museum and that takes some beating. Good place to stay for both.
      "Not the best of visits."
I would have to have second thoughts about staying at this Premier Inn again. It is the first Premier Inn where I can say I did not have a perfect visit. Breakfast was as normal although a bit cramped due to the number of guests wanting feeding at the same time. The staff were kept very much busy.
      "Breakfast superb"
The breakfast was an experience. Super friendly staff went above and beyond. Was like the twilight zone . Happy and look after you well. Thoroughly recommend. Accommodation was acceptable. Food restaurant next door. TGI Friday. Pleasant stay.
"Good location and car park, the room smelled of urine."
Good location, free car park, good breakfast.cleaning left a lot to be desired. Visually it looked clean enough, but anyone with a sense of smell would know it wasn't! I needed easy access to the room due to a knee injury. No lift and no rooms on the ground floor except one, the disabled room. It absolutely smelled of urine. Yuk....
