"Fine hotel room, terrible dining service"

Fast check in/check out, clean room, comfortable bed. Awful dining experience. Had to wait over an hour and a half for an underdone and cold pizza, visibly pregnant. The group of four that ordered after me got their food before me as well. No consideration of a pregnant woman, quite inhumane I would say. Staff was polite at least.

"Would definitely stay again"

Beautiful building, parking although payable very reasonable at £5 for 24 hours. The rooms are excellent, clean, modern and well equipped, plug sockets next to the bed (which is a massive plus for me). Ideally situated for the Town Centre, just a 5 minute walk away.

"Low budget, high performance"

We stopped at Earlsdon Park because when I attended when it used to be a technical college. We were attending Coventry City match and it was evening so we needed to stay in the city. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The rooms were spacious and clean. The showers were fantastic. Most of all the staff were awesome for a supposedly budget hotel. They took time to learn our names. They were super friendly without overstepping client staff line. Two in particular Nathon and Sharon who seemed to be everywhere and do everything. It was awesome remembering my old college days back in the 1970s as well. Would highly recommend. The parking although not on site was cheap and literally a minutes walk

"Very Good"

Last minute booking due to a domestic emergency. Booked 2 rooms which were well presented and spacious (bigger than in other Premier Inns we have used). Slight niggle was that we had booked one room as a twin and the sofa bed had not been made up, but this was promptly rectified. Ate in the restaurant. Pleasant surroundings. Food was fairly standard pub fare but no complaints. Decent nights sleep - very quiet with no noise from other rooms or the corridor. Would happily recommend

"A surprising find."

I was so surprised that the old Coventry Technical college, would be a welcome resting place, on my way on the airport. the last time I was in this building was almost 50 years ago. At the time I was studying Chemistry. This time it is transformed into a Premiere Inn. I slept soundly in a nice comfortable, clean and tidy bedroom. A good nights sleep was far more preferable to dozing off in Mr Butterfield's lectures. I must say that the team of Tom, Gonzalo and Sarah, we're super . Thank you for being so helpful.

Earlsdon Park is very handy for the National Exhibition Centre but there are handfuls of other reasons to stay here too. Coventry Cathedral is worth a stay in itself, and just a stone's throw away, plus you'll have easy access to the rest of the Midlands and beyond. Watch hot ice hockey action at the Skydome. See a Cathedral that earned its architect a knighthood. Get conventional at the Ricoh Centre. Grab some retail therapy.
