There is no on-site parking at this hotel. There is a drop-off point located on Upper Well Street at the top of Belgrade Square. Parking is not permitted at this point. Chargeable parking is available at the Coventry Belgrade Plaza NCP Car Park (CV1 4AJ) at £12 per 24 hours when paying at the car park, or £10 when paying via the ParkPass app. 1 minute walk away from the hotel, with 36 disabled parking bays. Height restriction 2.1m. Alternative parking can be found at Silver St, (CV1 1AR), open 24 hours daily and can be paid via the NCP app.

"Fab staff"
Massive shout out to Jack, who was absolutely brilliant with my young son on our trip. He was really kind and made him feel at ease. Outstanding customer service! Thanks Jack!

My husband I enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Coventry City Centre, Belgrade Plaza. We had a huge room, which was very well maintained and staff were omnipresent and helpful. Initially, we were put off by having to pre-book our breakfast time-slot, but it was actually fine and staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but the carpets on the bedroom floors had not seen a hoover for a while...apart from that it was all great.

We stayed as part of large group of people attending a memorial service at Coventry cathedral at the end of September 2025. Hotel staff Anna, Lily and India were amazing during our stay. They kindly looked after all of our luggage whilst we attend the service along with many others who also attended the event and were staying at the hotel. They were very busy when we all returned to the hotel fetching our luggage. Well done to them all.
"Friendly staff and great rooms!"
We walked in and were greeted warmly by a lovely member of staff! We were able to get a room for the night and it was very sizable, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. I enjoyed my one night stay and checking out was so simple, a staff member made small talk with me and made sure everything was okay with my stay. Very friendly and I would definitely stay again!

Warm welcome on arrival..... Jack and Jo-Ann extremely pleasant and check in was straight forward Room was great, had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was satisfactory and in good time par with customer level.
