There is no on-site parking at this hotel. There is a drop-off point located on Upper Well Street at the top of Belgrade Square. Parking is not permitted at this point. Chargeable parking is available at the Coventry Belgrade Plaza NCP Car Park (CV1 4AJ) at £12 per 24 hours when paying at the car park, or £10 when paying via the ParkPass app. 1 minute walk away from the hotel, with 36 disabled parking bays. Height restriction 2.1m. Alternative parking can be found at Silver St, (CV1 1AR), open 24 hours daily and can be paid via the NCP app.

We stayed here in June and just want to say thank you to jack for a smooth and welcoming check in the room was amazing very spacious beautiful walk in shower also want to say a little thank you to Dora for her welcoming service at breakfast she was amazing will definitely be coming back 😀
"Staff go above and beyond"
Stayed with my 11 year old for a weekend as he was competing in a swimming gala. The hotel is in a great location to access all amenities in the city centre with well known restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We had breakfast in the hotel one morning - worth noting that you can help yourself to the continental items but the cooked breakfast is made to order so could take a while, plus you can’t see your options (partly why we didn’t eat breakfast the second morning). We also had dinner after returning one evening - didn’t need to book. Wide range of food on the menu, staff knowledgeable about allergies and a file of ingredients/allergens was available. The family room we’d booked was clean and had free wi-fi for the time we were there. The reception staff were fantastic and an absolute credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, always willing to go the extra mile to help and very friendly. I use an electric wheelchair and had no issues with accessibility at the hotel. There is a ramp from the pavement to the main entrance, reception and restaurant are level with space to manoeuvre. You need to use your room keycard to open the swing doors for the lift area but the staff at reception were always one step ahead of me and held the doors open. Lifts had mirrors to aid with reversing. We had a regular family room so cannot comment on an accessible room. We will definitely be staying here for future events. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️
"Friendliest staff ever"
We stayed 3 nights at the Premier Inn together with some friends. While the hotel is quite basic, the staff is not. They made us feel very welcome and rather like family than guests. Especially Jack made our stay really awesome. The breakfast and also the dinner was great too.
"Good value hotel"
Large family room with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is very good for the centre of Coventry with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the breakfast is cooked to order and the unlimited buffet is not available at this hotel.
