"A great family time"
We had a really good experience from when we walked in until we left. The food was very good and there was a good variety. Sharisse was particularly helpful and made me a lovely bowl of porridge. She really put herself out to help with the children in our party. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Rubery during half term, and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Sakar, who went above and beyond! I had made an error when booking the room and hadn't put enough people down on the room. DEspite us checking in fairly late (9pm), with 2 tired kids (and adults!) as well as it being a busy half term period, Sakar not only managed to find us a room where we could use the sofa bed, but personally made sure the room was made up himself. Any other hotel chain would have told us that it was our error and charged us for an extra room, or told us to go elsewhere. Many thanks for going above and beyond Sakar!
