Selected this hotel as it's close to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. Staff friendly, nothing too much trouble but professional. I don't know the names of all staff but I'd like to mention Aaron (deputy manager), Shariss and Avinash. They supported me when my husband was in hospital. Many thanks. I had an accessible room, my son a double. However, the rooms, although clean could do with a little TLC but I had tea making facilites, a comfy king size bed and the bathroom ....grab rails everywhere , low bath (would prefer a wet room) which were ample for my needs. The rooms were cleaned everyday if you so wished. Able to dine and breakfast on site at the attached Brewers Fayre, which is next door soon to undergo changes. All in all it was what I needed at the time. Nearby is an omniplex cinema, Frankie and Bennys and a Morrisons supermarket.

We had a really good experience from when we walked in until we left. The food was very good and there was a good variety. Sharisse was particularly helpful and made me a lovely bowl of porridge. She really put herself out to help with the children in our party. We will definitely be back.
