"Relaxing and fulfilling"
On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and had a wonderful disposition making us feel very welcome.
We later enjoyed a very pleasant evening in the on site restaurant, we were served by Avinash who was very attentive from the moment we arrived making us feel very welcome he has a very pleasant disposition and was impeccably mannered a real asset to any restaurant the food was lovely and excellent value.

"Too hot for me."
The room was as expected, clean with a comfortable bed. The noise level was acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, Staying there during one of the hottest spells of the year with no air conditioning was extremely challenging and uncomfortable. The one fan in the room did nothing more than move the hot air around. Even with the window open as far as it could go there was no respite from the stuffiness and heat. As this weather is predicted to become the norm for summer temperatures now I strongly recommend installing air conditioning asap.

"If I’d wanted a sauna I’d have booked one!"
The room temperature did not fall much below 30 degrees for our stay. When they advertise that you will get a good night’s sleep and you will know what to expect, they obviously didn’t mean this hotel. Staff were clearly coached on what to say…but I’d avoid this hotel in the summer months.

Very nice place to stay the rooms are very clean and well presented the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Avinash & Shane that we met upon arrival and in the restaurant the food is excellent and especially the deal for evening meal & breakfast I would highly recommend this hotel
