"Not the best, would t stay again."
Let’s start with the positive- the staff were all amazing. Polite, friendly and helpful. Now the negatives- the room is in desperate need of updating and thorough cleaning. The heat was unbearable in the room and even with 3 fans there was no respite. We had booked the food inclusive package and again staff were excellent in the restaurant but the food was awful. Breakfast - stale bread but otherwise ok.

Disgrace really . Booked in for work . No drinks in restaurant all week . Long list of food not available on 1st night . Restaurant closed with no food at all on one night . Still sold the meal deals , not informed. Staff not bothered. Wouldn't stay again .

"UNBEARABLE Temperature in the room"
I hardly slept a wink. I know there was a heatwave going on but the room was beyond hot. I got up to take two cold showers during the night. The fan did not make any difference at all, it was unbearable.
No information in room about breakfast only the breakfast and dinner package. The woman behind the desk did not know how to book this and suggested I came down and did it in the morning. To be honest, I had slept so badly and was so hot, I did not!!
