"Decent stay."
We had a decent stay at this hotel which doesn't have air conditioning as it states, it was during a very hot spell so we had 2 fans in our family room.
The hotel was understaffed and would have been given 3 stars if it wasn't for exceptional service from Holly P who did everything possible. She is a credit to the industry and this hotel is lucky to employ her.

The hotel has Off Street parking , but you need to register at reception so as not to get a ticket.
Room was clean and tidy , with normal tea/coffee
Also the room had a fan in which helped as no Air-Con , just windows opening.
Was disappointed the Brewers Fair next door had closed ,but still being used by hotel for food and drinks , but nothing changed there.
There is a Morrisons just around the corner and a Cinema complex across road

"Staying in a sauna"
Whilst we were aware there was no air conditioning at this hotel - we did not expect the temperature in the room - it was unbearable and impossible to sleep - we had a fan but the windows hardly open so no heat could escape we ended up opening the door to the corridor- we all had headaches and slept for about 3 hours - the hotel
Needs renovation- bathroom needs paint job but lovely friendly staff.
