Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Upon arrival reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and what you would expect from a premier inn. Bed very comfortable. My only negative comment would be that there are no plug sockets by the bed. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location for our needs. Clean and tidy, free parking in a fairly secure area. Only two real disappointments. 1. The reception isn’t always manned. 2. There are no sockets by the bed. Really bad news if you need your phone or perhaps a CPAP machine. Not ideal.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing stay and not what I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn. The room needed a really thorough clean. It felt as though it had been sitting unused collecting dust. The fans were clogged with dust, and there was visible dust and dirt on the walls and furniture. To make matters worse, the bedding had curly black hairs all over it, which is particularly unpleasant when you’re expecting clean bedding. The road-facing rooms are also very noisy, as the windows don’t appear to provide much soundproofing. We could hear traffic throughout the night, so I wouldn’t recommend a road-facing room if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep. On arrival, we were left waiting at reception for around 10 minutes, as the staff appeared to be trying to manage both the reception and restaurant at the same time. We also ate in the restaurant, which was another disappointment. The hunters chicken looked and tasted as though it had been microwaved, and the chips were so hard that the fork literally bounced off them. Definitely not what you expect when eating at a hotel restaurant. What I will say is that the location is convenient. There is a cinema directly opposite, a bowling alley/arcade and Frankie & Benny’s nearby, and a good-sized Morrisons just a short walk around the corner. I’m particularly disappointed with how the Premier Inn Good Night Guarantee was handled. It is promoted as reassurance that if something goes wrong with your stay, Premier Inn will put it right or refund your room. However, based on our experience, it seems the Good Night Guarantee only applies when it suits Premier Inn, which makes the guarantee feel rather meaningless. Overall, the cleanliness, noise, service and food fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this particular Premier Inn again.

The location was ideal to go west midlands safari park the atmosphere was great the staff Beth , Avinash ,Sharisse,devu,Jess,all the staff and cooks were great the food was delicious they couldn't do enough for you the room was very clean had a lovely stay it was are wedding anniversary trip
