      "Amazing staff exceptional customer service"
      Just wanted too say a massive thank you too the wonderful team at Longbridge. It was such a pleasure too see all the staff again, who I would consider friends. Danny and Justine. Thank you so much for allocating me and Alana our room 301. We really appreciate how accommodating you both was. Justine thank you for the extra towels you left us on the day off my daughters immunisations that was so appreciated because we always require and request extra towels on our stay so we appreciate that you always make sure we have anything extra that we need. Tommy it was so lovely too see you my friend. I am sending you so much love light and positive energy. We see you soon. Also it was lovely too meet the new manager. She was so lovely and kind. I wish her all the success in her new role. Thank you for holding our luggage that is such a great service and gives customers the opportunity to explore and shop without having too drag cases around. Overall we had a great stay. The staff where amazing helpful and kind and for me personally that made our stay great. Thank you
      "Don't arrive early"
      After a long and tiring journey we arrived 40 minutes early for the 3pm check in. We were told that although our room was ready it was now company policy to charge for early check in's. So this latest penny pinching policy from Premier Inn meant we were expecting to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes before we could have our room key. Good will costs nothing but the lack of it means two of your long term customers will be going else where in future.
      "Gave us the wrong information regarding the car parking"
      They gave me the wrong information regarding the car parking. We rang the hotel before we booked. The car parking, we were told was not theirs and we had to pay for it. When we got to the hotel on 21 May we asked how we were to pay for it, the Receptionist told us not to worry and pay when we left, however, we were staying for 4 days as we were attending a funeral. He should have told us to pay for it daily not when we were leaving. Because of this we had car parking fines which we had to pay £200
      "Great value"
      You get everything that you need and nothing extra which is exactly right at this price. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The restaurant serves good, straightforward food and the staff there were attentive without ever being 'in your face'. Special mention to the guy who was on Reception in the evening (Sunday 22 June) and who went out of his way to rummage through the office and find me a usb plug. The only issue I had was that the heating/aircon was quite noisy, but perhaps I was close to the plant room being on the top floor. If you are a light sleeper, maybe request a room below Floor 4?
      "Very clean"
      I stayed here last week, cleanliness was off the scale, not a speck of dust in sight! The room was warm and fresh when we arrived, all the beds were made up nicely and the sheets were pristine. The bathroom was also spotless. No complaints at all about the room, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. You can tell the room attendants care about their job. Thank you very much.
