I would like to thank Neha for her excellent service since I checked in at Premier Inn. She has been very friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay, always making me feel welcome and well looked after. I would also like to give special thanks to Chay, the restaurant manager, for providing excellent service. The food was great, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. Chay and the team made sure everything was enjoyable.
It’s people like Neha and Chay who make a real difference to the customer experience. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable!

Met up with family for the weekend, this hotel needs a refit, requested quiet/high floor via email (as the app suggested) on checking in, we were allocated 2nd floor, mid way down the corridor - why ask if you cannot accommodate, to then be told they were fully booked — RUBBISH - as could book many rooms on the app!!! Rooms look very tired, bathrooms need some real cleaning and the rooms need some maintenance doing to them also!
Not the best premier inn, which is a shame, but we won’t be returning anytime soon

The location was great as we had a training at MG which was really close during daytime people comes and goes lots of movement due to the shopping center . Quiet rooms comfy beds all you need for a good sleep. Cleaning services are not provided every day, if its a short stay, you should be fine long stays you need to ask at the reception desk by buzzing. Breakfast has a variety of food tried most of them but honestly they didn't seem that fresh especially bacon, sausage and beans did not meet expectations thats usually the full English breakfast and ruins the British experience. In other notes staff was quite friendly but when asked for the door to be opened so that i could smoke outside keys were missing every day (6 day stay) they never made the extra effort.

"A sparkle in the dark at premier inn!"
Chay in the restaurant was an absolute legend. Couldn’t do enough. Serving everyone quickly and has the best attitude. Honestly what a legend thanks mate!! Could see he was up against it at times but he knew who came in when and made sure everyone was dealt with in the correct order with minimal waiting. Credit to the failing premier inn brand!!!
