"Best premier inn I’ve stayed at!!"
Having stayed at numerous premier inn hotels this is by far the best one I’ve been to! Lady Di was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and we were comfortable! Very funny too!! The food was superb! Massive compliments to the chef. It was the best cooked breakfast I have ever had at a premier inn. If I could get a rating of 10 I would!!

My house was being rewired and the company of 6 workmen do it in 2 days. They advise you to stay at a hotel overnight. I chose the Premier Inn, Hall Green Birmingham. It was superb, the room Premier Plus was excellent. I was checked in by a very friendly, kind and patient man. I'd prebooked breakfast the following morning in the small restaurant opposite reception. The full English was superb, extremely tasty and a large choice. A coffee machine with a choice of various coffees or hot water for tea. My waitress was very friendly and helpful too. I can thoroughly recommend this Premier Inn with extremely friendly staffand free parking is a bonus!
"Best breakfast experience ever"
We loved our stay, especially the staff. Diane at the breakfast made us feel like family. Diane was so kind that my son asked to stay another night. What a star she is.
"Second visit and not disappointed in any way"
Stayed here about 9 months ago and were not disappointed. Check-in was fast and efficient with a very polite helpful member of staff advising some useful information for our stay. Room was spacious, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection to choose from and Diana was extremely helpful. Check out was simple.
"Attending a Wedding "
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we stayed for 3 nights Steven, Diana and Maria always welcomed us with a smile. Excellent customer service. The breakfast chief Ade also deserves a mention as our breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh for us every morning.... Love the sausages. Thank you we will definitely stay there again.
