Birmingham South (Hall Green) hotel

Beautiful clean hotel with 5* customer service. Diane is fantastic, always ready to help. Rooms are nice size, big TV, big glass mugs, good water pressure in big shower cubicle, lots of free parking. Toby pub right next door, Big John's across the road, huge Tesco 2 mins away.

Amazing, clean with extra friendly staff like Di and Jude, with everything close by. Will definitely be staying again.

First and foremost ‘Lady Di’ took great care of us, she is the epitome of professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness, a credit to the organisation. Rooms were clean, fresh and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel as myself and my husband were at the NEC for the weekend attending a Sci fi convention and this hotel wasn't to far we arrived and checked in by a receptionist who seemed ok we had a plus room which was nice but a bit small we didn't book breakfast as there breakfasts don't agree with me the next morning the same receptionist was on the desk we asked for our room to be served and she asked for our room number ect when we came back later that evening i went up to our room and found that nothing had been replaced no towels,no teas,not clean cups no nothing so went back to the same lady on the desk and said that our room had not been served as requested she just asked what we needed and she would have it ready for us to collect..so why can't they take up to the room sorry not payed to do there job we went next door to the toby carvery and after we had some dinner went back to our hotel my husband again said about our room about 5 minutes later a knock at the door with the receptionist carrying towels ect she did say sorry but when you pay the money at least do as people ask this needs to be addressed that if someone asks for a room to be serviced don't just make a note insure staff do the job...on another note the toby carvery is very nice for dinner and breakfast and reasonably priced as well
