      "NOT so good"
We stayed at this premier inn it was just ok it was very short staffed one girl doing restaurants bar and waiting on tables she was rush off her feet the extras like no glass in bathroom to rinse teeth no advise booklet in room they did put fan in as no air-conditioning we asked for our room to be made up on our 2 night stay but not done so 10 o'clock on our return at night had to go reception to get clean towels it was very short of staff
      "Polite young girl on evenng"
I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I should give one about the girl working till 7am Wednesday night. She was sat in the reception and was very polite to me and a coworker I had been in and out of the hotel that evening after 1am and the young girl my apologies I didn’t catch her name was walking about the newish corridors and I had accidentally scared her on the stairs I felt bad and gave my sincere apologies but she was dead kind about it and even laughed. Sorry again! I did hear her singing every now and then which was lovely by the way!
      "Staff"
What can we say ! Absolutely spot on service for the last 3 morning from the young lady that served us professional, polite , helful with a great sense of humour! Made some pretty grim mornings weather wise bright ... thankyou Jamie (wife remembered your name ) thankyou
      "Would stay again"
A two night stay over the May bank holiday. Room was clean, bright and no noise from carpark. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Tea and coffee in room with extras in lobby if you run out. The restaurant and food were good, Jess B was excellent at her job, even thought she was on her own in the evenings she always had a smile for everyone.
      "Superb Jess!"
This premier inn was a bit old and tired but it’s clean and the bed was lovely. Breakfast was cooked to order and was good. The five stars are going to Jess who worked in the restaurant who was beyond amazing. She was also very patient and kind with my very chatty son!
