      "Bugs Galore!!"
Never write reviews but when you arrived and there’s moths, flies and snails in the room it did raise concerns. We were using this as a place to sleep before carrying onto Manchester so didn’t expect much for the price but when you’re up half the night killing flies and moths as they land on you it’s less than ideal. Window was wide open when we originally got into the room and there’s no air con. Looked like a garden outside the room had just been tidied up which probably explained all the bugs. Location, staff and restaurant were great though!
      "A busy Premier Inn."
Perhaps unusually, we walked to this hotel (it's fairly close to the canal network in Birmingham which we were walking up). This is a Premier Inn on a busy road, near the M5. It was quite busy when we were there and service in the restaurant wasn't as fast as many Premier Inn's achieve. Rooms were in line with the usual Premier Inn experience so we knew what we'd be getting.
      "Great stay with great staff"
Really enjoyed my stay at this premier inn, the staff were very welcoming. Hotel is a bit dated but the staff made the stay worthwhile
      "Worse hotel experience ever"
I had a horrible stay as I was bitten by a bug and sustained swelling on various part of my body. I have since then contacted the customer relation and the service has terrible
      "Not the greatest experience"
The room itself was comfy but just needs air con and a bath . On check in we were told there was no booking under my name ...eventually it was found that the receptionist had given our room to another guest with a similar name . We noticed that we nor any another person checking in were asked for a booking reference . If this was done then none of the trouble we had would have happened . We were offered free breakfast which was fine for our troubles (we had pre-booked breakfast when booking the room) yet we were still charged full price . When we got the invoice when we got home the invoice was for £40 less than what we paid . I'm still waiting for an email reply in regards to this
