"Great service at Dudley Premier inn."
Clean and tidy accommodation. New look bar and restaurant. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Donna and male counterpart (sorry didn’t catch name) created a good atmosphere, helpful and good knowledge regarding local area and facilities. Good hosts!!

"Great Stay with Friendly Staff and Comfortable Rooms"

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being so close to the motorway, which made for a great night’s sleep.
The location is very convenient, especially if you’re travelling via the M5, and it’s easy to get into Birmingham from here. The bed was comfortable (as you’d expect from Premier Inn), and everything felt well looked after.
Overall, great value for money and a hassle-free stay. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

"Family Stay"
Had a single night stay with my family and i can not fault the stay! The rooms were clean and up to standards. The staff were friendly and the Manager Mo was amazing, he really made the stay special for my family, anything we needed was never an issue. A big Thank You to all!

"Great place to stay"
Excellent value for money. This Premier Inn was immaculate absolutely spotless.
Evening meal was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were all attentive, especially Maryann she was so kind and caring and is absolute credit to this Premier Inn. Good location.

"Unprofessional Staff!"
I’ve noticed on a couple of occasions where members of staff in the restaurant have been partaking in gossiping (and not discreetly either) considering I was able to hear other staff member names being mentioned who work in the adjacent hotel. Whilst in the adjacent building a person I believe to be the manager of the hotel appeared very overfamiliar and joined at the hip one would say with a female member of staff, I have witnessed this on multiple occasions so if I have seen it other guests may have seen it too! To conclude, no professionalism in this establishment whatsoever!!!
