"Great place to stay for the GBBF"
Perfect for our trip to the NEC, friendly welcoming staff, great dinner breakfast deal, comfy bed and nice clean room, I’ll be back next year.

Ideally situated for The Birmingham NEC for whatever function. The room was very clean and the staff were all friendly, attentive and seemed very happy in their work. All in all it was excellent value.
"Hotel Stay"
Perfect location for a wedding we had close by to the hotel at the NCC, hotel was very modern and so clean! We stayed in a premier plus room with our toddler, the rooms are huge which was ideal with a toddler and all the added extras we needed for him, it didn't feel cramped at all. The room is well equipped, including a small fridge stocked with water, also ideal for storing our little one's milk. Shower was huge, and included fancy shower gel too. The bar area was lovely, it's open 24/7 which meant we could get late night pizza and a drink after the wedding. There's also multiple vending machines if you fancied a sweet treat. Car park was huge and felt very safe and secure, we had breakfast the next day which was nice too, it is just your standard buffet but plenty to choose from for everyone so no complaints and our toddler ate for free which is a bonus. Will highly recommend if needing to be Birmingham airport. Will defiently return in future if needed.

"Below average for a premier inn."
Below average for a premier Inn. The staff were fantastic but overworked and had a useless robot serving food. There is no reception and when trying to check in with the QR code or the code on the screen it would not work. The staff who was manning the check in was also the bar maid so had to wait a while for the issue to be resolved and then told our room was not ready. So waited around 15 to 20 mins until we had our keys. But I must stress the staff were great, just over worked.
