"Great staff. Great room. Great location."
Nice welcome at check in. We were in room 316 which was an ‘accessible’ room even though we didn’t request that. Large room. Nice view. Clean. Cool. All perfect. Staff great at check out and we were able to leave our case and pick up later that day which was great!
"Could of been better"
no coffee no tea only one towel for 2 of us, it’s 30 degrees outside and being on the top floor with no air con was a disgrace. Considering I paid £140 a night for this service I feel I didn’t really get my moneys worth. This hasn’t put me off staying there as I’ve many good experiences with premier inn
"Unbeatable location and value for money."
The premium rooms are worth the higher price and the breakfast is also good value for money. The location is unbeatable and all the staff were excellent. Only quibble is the quality of the wifi, including the premium option, and there's no body lotion or tissues.
"Waterloo street premier inn rating"
Probably the best hotel experience I've had in Birmingham in a long time. Wonderful staff, extremely clean and tidy, great location right in the heart of the city center.
"Awful"
Be warned - this is hotel is horrifically hot with no working air con at all. Not helped by there being a bathroom directly off the bedroom with no extractor. I’ve arrived late so had to just put up with it but it is unbearable. You can open the window a crack but it’s extremely noisy outside so don’t expect to sleep. I was booked in for breakfast but have left before that because I actually felt unwell. Be very careful if you are medically vulnerable or have young children
