"Brilliant. Rajj is a belter"
I never write reviews but felt obliged. Met Rajj and Eve on arrival and they are a credit to the company. Really nice people. I personally fell in love with Rajj (jarr backwards). She had beautiful eyes and was very personable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
"Excellent location and staff"
Have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 years with my family when we visit Birmingham. The location is fantastic and Bar + Block has the best evening meal & breakfast. A special shout out this visit to Pauline & Sharon on reception who can’t do enough for you, great with the kids and a great double act. Extra special mention to Wade at breakfast. My mother has recently been diagnosed coeliac and the care & attention that went to ensuring not only her food but also the crockery & cutlery wasn’t contaminated was exceptional.
"Great team, great service"
Stayed one night for business. Check in was quick and easy and I was even offered a cold treat on a very hot summer day. When I got to the room, although it looked lovely, there was a loud noise from what I could gather was an outside AC unit, even with the window closed. I worked in hotels for many years and I was hesitant about bothering the reception team about moving room. Nevertheless, I knew I would not get any sleep. The team (Sharon and Raj) moved my room right away without hesitation (again I know it probably was a pain to rearrange their arrivals for the day) and with a smile on their faces. Thank you for looking after me and reaffirming my choice to book Premier Inn, even if I could stay in other hotels, others might consider fancier.

Great location 6 mins away from the Stephenson Street exit of New Street station. Well maintained accommodation, friendly and professional staff. I was lucky enough to have a room overlooking the cathedral and I could hear the bells ringing. The bed was as comfortable as the adverts claim. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I visited last year for work and returned for leisure this month. I highly recommend this branch of the Premier Inn.
"Convenient and safe stay with excellent staff service."
Excellent service from the hotel staff throughout our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the Birmingham New Street rail station and close to museums, many restaurants, pubs and the Bullring Mall and market areas. We came to Birmingham by train and left by the airport. The New Street station is perfectly located for both. We felt safe at all times in the area. I would happily stay at Premier Inn Waterloo again.
